Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Invoice Guru. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Invoice Guru regarding your use of our mobile application and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Invoice Guru (the "App") or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App and website.
2. Description of Service
Invoice Guru provides a mobile invoicing application that enables users to create, send, and manage invoices, track expenses, generate PDF documents, and manage business finances. We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of Invoice Guru. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. UK customers will be charged VAT at the applicable rate. We use Stripe for payment processing. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods except as required by law or our 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Invoice Guru for any unlawful purpose, to commit fraud or create fraudulent invoices, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to interfere with or disrupt the service, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or to transmit malware or harmful code. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Invoice Guru and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without our written permission. Your data remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to use your data solely to provide the service.
7. Data Accuracy and Tax Compliance
While Invoice Guru is designed to assist with tax compliance (including MTD), you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all financial data you enter and the correctness of your tax filings. Invoice Guru does not provide tax advice. You should consult a qualified accountant or tax adviser for advice specific to your circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You may request a data export before termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the App. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
